Looking to the Light
Extended until 29th January 2023, an exhibition created by ten artists on residency at Glenside Hospital Museum in Bristol, exploring the history of mental health care. I've submitted two weavings to be displayed, including my "Malarial Therapy" mosquito shown here.
The exhibition is open Wednesdays 10am – 1pm and all day Saturdays 10am – 4pm. A £5.00 ticket for two, provides entry to the whole museum.
9th - 15th May, I'm showing two tapestries at Brighton Library, with the British Tapestry Group "A Pick of Small Woven Tapestries"

'Threads in Sheds'-Farfield Mill

Thirty Six full members of the British Tapestry Group from all regions and nations of the UK and international members have created new tapestry weavings which reflect the heritage and traditions of weaving and shows contemporary weft faced tapestry weaving at its best and most innovative, including all styles of weaving: figurative, three-dimensional, contemporary and styles we are yet to experience.

146 ~ Dressing the Trees

Our exhibition is a response to a collaborative community project funded by Sussex Community Foundation. We have been exploring the colours and texture of the trees in a corner of the beautiful walled gardens of Southover Grange in Lewes. We have been influenced by Celtic tree myth and lore, the biology of trees and a sensory mindfulness workshop.
